skyrim places: the guardian stones
Always rebel oh the home land.
I expect no gratitude for this.
gpoy: I really should not have started playing at 9:30 last night. 3 hours of sleep and no gym time this morning :/
I tried out Oblivion after I finished Fallout: New Vegas but didn’t stick with it mainly because it felt too much like a fantasy version of the game I’d just sunk over 200 hours of my life into. In general I thought it was OK.
Skyrim is pretty fun, mainly because of the open world feel which I really like in a game. Most of the Zelda games until Skyward Sword had a certain extent of that, but they really fell flat in the most recent one. Zelda has always been pretty linear, but Skyward Sword just feels like it is on rails. It is still fun, but it doesn’t feel like the Zelda games I liked most.
It would be nice to think I’ll go back and play Oblivion after finishing Skyrim, but I’m pretty sure that won’t happen.
If you didn’t like Oblivion at all though, you probably wouldn’t like Skyrim.
My household has a bad case of the Skyrim. Went to bed last night and my roommate was playing it. Got up this morning, and he was still playing it. Lord help us when the DLC comes out.
